Other Data Storage Companies
Now therefore, for and in consideration of using said data backup and/or storage services,
the undersigned customer releases the company, its employees, officers,
directors, successors,
and assigns (releasees) from all liability to the undersigned (the customer) for any damages
whether actual, compensatory, consequential, whether caused by
the negligence of the
Releasees (the Data Storage company) or otherwise, and does hereby assume the risk of any
such loss or damage.
In other words....
You do not transfer risk
They are not assuming any risk for the loss or damage of your data
even in the event of their own negligence!
